What we offer

Chiropractic Care

Chiropractic appointments may include:

  • Chiropractic adjustments are designed to restore movement to joints that aren’t moving as well as they should. When certain segments of the spine or body become restricted, it can create stress on surrounding tissues and affect how the nervous system communicates with the rest of the body. Through precise, hands-on adjustments, we help improve joint motion, reduce tension, and support healthier nervous system function. The goal isn’t just temporary relief—it’s helping your body move and function the way it was designed to.

  • Cupping uses gentle suction to increase circulation, release muscle tension, and support the body’s natural healing process. By helping clear areas of stagnation and encouraging fresh blood flow through the tissues, cupping can help reduce soreness, improve mobility, and promote recovery in overworked or tight muscles.

  • Dry needling targets tight or irritated muscles known as trigger points. By inserting a thin needle into these areas, the muscle can release tension, improve blood flow, and reduce pain. The technique creates a small, controlled stimulus within the tissue that encourages the body’s natural healing response, bringing increased circulation and repair cells to the area.

  • Manual therapy uses hands-on techniques to release tension in the muscles and connective tissues, improve mobility, and restore healthier movement patterns. By working directly with the soft tissues and joints, this approach helps reduce restrictions, improve circulation, and support the body’s natural healing process.

  • Rehabilitation focuses on building strength and stability while improving movement patterns to support long-term healing. Through targeted exercises, rehab helps reinforce the progress made during treatment and remind the body how to move in healthier, more efficient ways.

  • Craniosacral therapy uses gentle, hands-on techniques to support the nervous system and release tension within the body. By working with subtle patterns of restriction, it helps the body settle, regulate, and move toward a more balanced state.

  • Care during pregnancy and postpartum focuses on supporting the body through the physical changes of this stage of life. Treatment may help relieve discomfort, improve mobility, support nervous system regulation, and assist with recovery after birth. Treatment includes everything listed above, with emphasis on pelvic floor preparation & recovery.

  • Pediatric care provides gentle chiropractic techniques for infants and children as their bodies grow and develop. These treatments support healthy nervous system function, movement, and overall wellbeing. Care may also help support developmental milestones, digestion, colic, sleep, and other common challenges during early growth.

Acupuncture

Acupuncture appointments may include:

  • Traditional acupuncture uses very fine needles placed at specific points on the body to support balance within the nervous system, improve circulation, and encourage the body’s natural healing processes. It is commonly used to support pain relief, hormone balance, digestion, stress regulation, and overall wellbeing.

  • Facial acupuncture supports both skin health and facial muscle balance. By improving circulation and stimulating collagen production, treatment helps nourish the skin and reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.Balancing muscle tone and increasing blood flow to the face can help relieve jaw tension, TMJ discomfort, and headaches while promoting healthier skin. Sessions may include facial cupping and gua sha to further support circulation, lymphatic movement, and a natural glow.

  • Gua sha uses a smooth tool to gently glide along the skin, increasing circulation and releasing tension in the muscles and connective tissues. By helping move areas of stagnation and restore healthy flow within the body, this technique supports the body’s natural healing process. It can help reduce tightness, improve mobility, and support recovery, allowing the body to move and function more freely.

  • Moxibustion uses gentle heat from compressed mugwort, applied to specific acupuncture points, to warm the body and support circulation. This therapy works to warm the channels, promote the flow of qi and blood, and support the body’s natural healing response. By bringing warmth into the system, moxibustion can help reduce pain, improve circulation, support digestion, and restore balance within the body.

Mercier Therapy

Mercier Therapy is a specialized pelvic therapy that uses deep visceral manipulation to improve mobility and circulation within the pelvic organs. By restoring movement and blood flow to the area, this work helps improve how the organs function and creates a more balanced environment for healing.

This therapy is often used to support fertility—whether you’re trying to conceive naturally or preparing for assisted cycles such as IVF or IUI.

This therapy also supports women navigating:

• PCOS
• premature ovarian insufficiency

  • "I'm finally pain free!!! After living with hip pain for more than 15 years and trying multiple things that were only temporary fixes, I decided to visit Kiley. Chiropractic treatment hadn't been something I'd previously tried but I knew I'd be in good hands (literally) with Kiley. She was so detailed with taking my history and asking great questions. I realized on my first visit that what I thought my issues were, weren't my issues at all. I felt better after my first treatment! I loved her approach and the movements she sent me home with. Still doing those daily! I'm now able to work out again and truly feel like myself."

  • "As a hairstylist, my job can be physically demanding and lead to tension and discomfort in different areas of my body. Still being in my 20’s and already feeling the aches & pains of the job, I knew I had to find a good chiropractor to stay ahead of training my body to best serve me in this industry, so that I can continue doing hair for as long as possible. That’s when I found Dr. Kiley! Not only do her in office treatments feel great and refreshing, but she offers at home exercises to maintain comfort throughout your daily life. I appreciate Dr. Kiley’s professionalism, holistic leaning approach, and genuine care for her patients. Thank you Dr. Kiley!"

  • "Kiley is the best! She has an immense amount of knowledge and a true wanting to help everyone she encounters. After our initial consultation she had a game plan for me. If I ever came into the office with a new unrelated issue, she always had a way to work on that issue as well, nothing was ever off the table. I always went home feeling better than when I first walked in - physically and mentally! I now have a plethora of tools to continue to help myself and know that she's still a great resource and only a phone call away. She truly cares about her patients. TX is lucky to have such an incredible and talented chiropractor!!"
